Atman studio is in charge of running this website. Atman is referred to as "we," "us," and "our" throughout the website. You, as the user, are granted access to and use of this Website by Atman, subject to your compliance with all applicable laws and the terms and conditions set forth herein.
You engage in our "Service" by visiting our website and/or making a purchase from us, and you do so in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed to buy goods. If you are under 18, talk to an adult before making a purchase.
Shopify Inc. hosts our store. They give us access to the online shopping cart that enables us to offer you their goods and services
Anytime, for any reason, we have the right to deny service to anyone.

If we suspect that your choice infringes on those rights or is being used for an unlawful purpose, we may suspend your use of the name or email address, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims or demands that result from your choice.

Our Products
We make every effort to guarantee that the Product photos accurately depict how they appear in our showroom. Please be aware, though, that pictures are simply meant to be illustrative. Despite our best efforts, it is occasionally impossible to adequately portray color, size, measurements, and texture through digital displays on web browsers because the Products are handmade. Therefore, there may be a small difference between your Products and the pictures on our website.

Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on all jewelry purchases, covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.
Exclusions:
Please note that gold-covered jewelry is not covered under our warranty. Contact with water, perfume, or any other liquids, as well as sweat, may cause the gold covering to come off.
Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase.
Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to assess each claim individually. Any alterations or repairs by third parties may void the warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.
Bespoke Products
The Atman bespoke service encourages you to collaborate with us to develop a timeless, one-of-a-kind design. Please email us at info@atmanboheme.com if you are interested in developing a Bespoke Product. A member of our staff will then get in touch with you to talk about how to create your Bespoke Product. Please let us know if there are any specific things you already own that you enjoy. We will also want your approximate budget and timeline, as well as your ring size if you want to design a custom ring.
Usually, we start with diamonds and gemstones if you request them; we will find a variety of lovely stones for you to choose from
Following the selection of your stone, a wax mock-up of the item will be made, and you'll be invited to either visit our Showroom to see it in person or we can send you pictures.
This procedure can take as little as two weeks, however it may take a bit longer if changes need to be made to the design before we move on with production.
A 50% payment is required after the design has been approved before a Bespoke Product can be put into production. Up until the deposit has been paid, you are not obligated to buy. The creation of your finished artwork should then take about 4 weeks.
Please let us know as soon as possible during the process if you require something more urgently than this, and we will try to meet your needs. When the last piece is picked up or shipped, the remaining balance is due.
When your custom product is prepared, we will get in touch with you to set up delivery or pickup. DHL ships and insures every Bespoke Product.
Please be advised that because Bespoke Products are unique creations, they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Please get in touch with us right away if you need to cancel an order for a Bespoke Product for any reason. We might be able to cancel your bespoke order in specific circumstances and just charge you the deposit
The complete amount will have to be paid because this won't always be possible.
For Bespoke rings, a resize is provided since we recognize that it can be challenging to get the ring size correct the first time, particularly if you're making a surprise gift. Any additional resizing that is necessary may incur fees. There will be a fee if you want to change the piece after the design has been approved; the amount will depend on the amount of work needed.
Made to Order Products
The production and delivery of made-to-order items that you purchase from our website will take about 4-6 weeks. However, according to the availability of the materials utilized, lead times may differ from one product to another.
Products will start to be produced nearly immediately after you place your purchase. If you need to cancel your purchase, do contact us as soon as you can. After things have gone into production, cancellations are not allowed.
The bulk of our jewelry may also be made in pure gold, so if there is a particular item you are interested in, please contact our Clients team at info@atmanboheme.com.
Please be informed that as made-to-order items are unique creations, they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Prices and Payment
Although we make every effort to maintain correct and up-to-date pricing for the Goods, mistakes or price changes occasionally happen. Any orders you have previously placed will not be impacted by pricing changes. Prices for our goods may change at any time without prior notification.
It is always possible that the prices of the Goods on our website are inaccurate. If this is the case, we won't mail your order until you've indicated that you're okay with the revised pricing or if you want to cancel it.
We will cover any banking fees levied by the recipient bank on payments made to us. You are responsible for paying any additional fees associated with making a payment in a currency other than USD.
A product's price includes ISL VAT (where applicable).
Delivery fees are not included in the price of a product. Before you submit your order, you will be informed of our delivery costs during the checkout process.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted; they are prominently displayed at the checkout. PayPal is a payment method we also accept. When you choose the PayPal payment method during the checkout process, you will be sent to the PayPal website to examine the total before completing the transaction and coming back to our website.
You attest that the employed payment method is yours, or that you have received express permission to use it from the owner. The card issuer must validate and authorize each and every credit/debit card holder.
We won't be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery if the company that issued your credit card declines to allow payment to us.
If any item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
We make an effort to ship all orders in 14 working days. We are delighted to assist with any urgent delivery needs and send all items through registered, documented delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for and collect your delivery.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of made-to-order items. Please take notice that owing to the availability of the materials utilized, lead times may differ from product to product. After your order has been placed, we will let you know as soon as possible if we believe delivery may take longer than anticipated.
Until you or another person signs for them at the address you gave us, the goods are shipped at our risk.
When your order has been shipped, we'll contact you to let you know and include information so you can monitor it. All solid gold items and custom goods will be sent through insured DHL.
Any delays brought on by customs officials in the country of destination are not our responsibility.
Returns and Cancellations
In the unusual event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to return it for an exchange or a complete refund. Unfortunately, returns that are received outside of the returns window will either be rejected or given a credit note.
There are no returns available for Bespoke Products (including Made to Order, Bespoke, Engraved, and/or Personalised products), unless the product is defective.
Items must be returned to us no later than 14 days from the date of delivery at Atman, Tsharnihovski 22, Petah Tikva, Israel. The following conditions should be met when returning goods: securely packed; with the goods and all packaging as close to their original state as feasible;
marked "Return" (on the outer packing); at your expense and risk.
Before returning your items, send an email to info@atmanboheme.com to our Clients Team.
Please write "return shipment to origin" on the outside of the package before shipping your return to prevent the items from being detained at customs. Any returns with incorrect labels are not within our control.
If the goods you got are defective, you must notify us by email at info@atmanboheme.com. Please include all purchase information as well as the defect or other cause for the return. Any problem must be reported to us as soon as it is found with the Goods. Returned items may be exchanged or reimbursed at our discretion.
Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you decide to cancel your order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped; instead, they must be returned via our usual returns procedure.

Additional Important Phrases
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will presently receive 10% off your first order. Only first purchases are eligible for this discount. After you join up, a special welcome code will be given to your email address.
Any additional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with codes. The coupon may be used on any item on our website, with the exception of gift cards, sale, bespoke, and made-to-order items. The discount will be taken into account for refunds. Shipping costs are not included in this code.
There will be an expiration date on any credit notes, goodwill discounts, and gift cards that are offered. Unless otherwise specified, expiration dates are chosen by us
We occasionally might provide a free gift with purchase. All things obtained with an order that was placed during a gift with purchase campaign must be returned.
